Having been overtaken by events: i.e., a minor medical problem, I was unable to attend a St. Pat's party thrown by a MUST miner alum. As a consequence, it was a day of garage projects. The Morrigan has new hoops, fresh oil, a waxed chain, and I put my hands all over her for the best part of five hours. I think I found her G Spot. Anyway, the weather forecast for tomorrow is chilly and overcast. IOW, English spring. I'm leaning on a heating pad. I have warm clothing and an uncontrollable urge to indulge in misdemeanor hooliganism. What will stop me? Don't even thing about it. I'll hit the ton at least twice for the hell of it. I may be old, but I'm still an idiot. In fact, I may be the fastest, old idiot you know. Lord help me, I love it so.
Nice article in the Lorton Patch (http://lorton.patch.com/articles/never-say-never-lorton-author-publishes-takes-on-peter-pan-in-first-book). Thanks to my pard, James Cullum. Meet my new pard, James Cullum, a journalist for Patch (http://lorton.patch.com/). He interviewed me this evening about NEVER. Turned out to be one of the most thougtful and stimulating conversations I've had in quite a while. Thoroughgoing, to say the least. He queried your humble narrator about his life, works, and inspirations. It was an exceptional experience that I won't forget. Looking forward to a long and mutually rewarding association. I highly recommend checking out his work, both words and pictures. Very talented and congenial fellow. Thanks a million, James. a free Heartless B*tch beanie while supplies last! Who knows how to market, huh?
I will be doing a book signing at Caribou Coffee, Lorton Marketplace on Saturday, March 9th from 11AM to 4PM. No charge, of course. I invite my neighbors to come by and say hello.
